In “learning to live” with Covid-19 your may take a last minute decisions based on government advice, test results or illness. We strongly advise that you take out holiday insurance to cover your stay with us should you need to change your plans and feel you are no longer able to travel for any reason.

In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to cancel your booking and in such circumstances will offer a change of booking date or issue a full refund of your booking fee but we will not accept liability for any other costs so please make sure you have a suitable level of insurance to cover these events.

Examples of scenarios where we may consider cancelling your booking:-

  1. Direction from local or national authorities
  2. We are aware that a current or recent guest has been ill and we need to take action
  3. We are unable to service the house due to self isolation by our service team.

In all cases we will make you aware of the situation and, where possible, we will try to accommodate date changes.
