If the kitchen becomes too humid then the RCD protection circuit may cut the power to the kitchen sockets. In the event of power loss to the kitchen please try and reset the switches on the consumer board (located in the front porch) in the order shown in the picture below and stop when power is restored.

Note that the switches should be in the up poisition when on. When a swtich “trips” the switch will normally be in the down position but sometimes it can just look like it is somewhere inbetween and feel loose. If this is the case, move the switch to the down positon and then to the up position. If the power trips again please try again in 30 minutes. If the power trips repeatedly then please contact us.
To reduce humidity in the kitchen please use the cooker hood extractor fan (which vents externally) when the hob, oven or microwave in use. Use of the fan on top on the microwve will also provide additonal air movement and ventilation.
